Joined from NJ/WV - Hello!

Just joined because I saw a thread of the problem I am having. Let's hope the issue gets resolved! Anyway, I have a Thunderbolt and it is my first smartphone. Yes I know they're newish, but I am not having a good experience with it. I'm hoping this changes...SOON. Hahaha. Looking forward to some discussion with you all, and hopefully contributing some helpful info to the forums! [=
