Here's a question for the forum sages:
Since the JB update, I have web pages that used to load flawlessly but now fail to load over the VZ 4G network. They just get stuck with a blank page and a blue "progress line" about halfway across the top. This very forum and Phandroid are two such examples. However, if I switch to Wifi, the same pages still load perfectly. I almost get the feeling that Chrome is deciding that the page didn't load fast enough, so Chrome just "timed out."
I have the grandfathered unlimited data plan with VZ, so I know it's not a data quantity issue. However, I'm at the last few days before my next billing cycle, and I wouldn't put it past VZ to throttle me. Has anyone experienced anything like this, or can you offer any advice? I know it's not an add-on incompatibility, because the same page loads perfectly over wifi. I'm stumped!
