I've lost the crt off animation

Im rooted and I've froze some stuff and I've noticed that when I turn my phone off I don't have the crt animation any more. Now I don't know when I lost it. I. Don't know if I lost it before the root or after.

Ok im a goober I had turned off the animations in settings. I've got it back now.
