You know what the greatest thing is about this news? I will bet my house the Google Phone does not come close to the amount of sales. Why? Limited to T-Mobile and barely supported by AT&T due to lack of 3G.
Sorry Google...you lost this fight. And while you are at it...thank Verizon for dishing out 100 million dollars to market this phone to help expand the Android OS. Without it, you'd be nothing and still in the trenches clawing at Windows Mobile, Blackberry and Apple.
Keep infiltrating the Android OS and forcing every Android phone to become a Google Phone and when any of those other OS's step up to the plate and put out something of quality I'll be switching sides.
(And like I've been saying in other threads, Google...you had plenty of time with T-Mobile before with the G-1, MyTouch, etc... and your marketplace failed. Thank Verizon right now for saving you.)
