iSyncr question

Hello,
After searching for an app that will allow me to transfer my iTunes to my Droid I settled on iSyncr. I tried DoubleTwist and it really is not user friendly and I have more bad than good to say so I switched. I synced iSyncr and noticed it duplicated all my music. I went to the website and was instructed to delete the cache in the account settings. I followed the instructions but became concerned when I did not see "media store" like the developer suggested.
Here is what I have in my settings: Media Storage, MediaShare and MediaSync. Which one should I go into and delete cache? I don't want to clear the wrong thing? Thank you for your help!

If i were you and have had that music songs to your computer as a backup.I will make 'Music' folder to the root of my sdcard and copy all those songs(like i did b4)....just a suggestions!
