issues with Recovery Flasher V3

im successfully rooted 4.1.2 and have unlocked my boot loader.. but when i go to install the custom recovery i keep getting 'adb' not recognized as a command. Please help!

I got it to work... The problem was trying to run as administrator. When i just double click the run.bat it works just fine

if anyone is having problems with Recovery's not sticking through reboots, see my recovery thread. I updated to version 4. It should help with that.
