Issue with market after steel droid

Hey all know. So I ran into a little problem. I rooted my phone and everything was fine then I put steel droid ok it and I noticed I can no longer buy android market. Everytime I get an error message when I try to buy right when the accept to terms page opens. Now I can still download free apps no problem and I can buy them through the website just not through the app. I've tried reflashing steel and switching to monster. Nothing worked. I've tried a different google account and even reinstalling the market app. I've cleared data and cache. Anyone have an idea
