Is Warranty Transferable??

If I were to sell my Droid X on Craigs, its only three months old, would it still be under warranty to the new owner??

Per verizon no. But I've gotten phones off ebay and their warranties were still good...just have the person that buys it say they got it from a friend lol

My understanding on it is, the warranty is still good but only through the manufacturer. The buyer/user would have to pay for shipping, wait for it to be fixed and shipped back. They would not have the convince of using VZW to ship them out a recertified phone next day and a return label.

Per Motorola Mobility Inc Limited Global Warranty paperwork the answer is No.

Who is Covered?

This Limited Warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser of the Product, and is not transferable
