is ulmotorola.com fake/virus

a recent search poped up a video telling me to go to ulmotorola.com to unlock my droid 3 bootloader. a whoid on the domain shows it was registerd 0n 5/5/12 by

It is definately some type of malware, the bootloader unlocking is a high profile topic, you'll know when and if it becomes available.
