Is There Any Way to Get stock Android UI

Not exactly.
You CAN download a launcher from the market and it will appear just like vanilla Android.
Look for Helix, ADW or LauncherPro.

I dont even think you can get rid of Sense UI with rooting. Not sure on this though since i haven't rooted my Incredible.
