Is there an app to route phone audio to bluetooth headset?

I just got a bluetooth headset but whenever I get a notification or call it uses the phones speaker ( it then switches to the headset when I answer), even the music uses the phone speaker, anyone know of an app that routes all audio to the bluetooth?
