Is there an app to control palm software?

I have been holding on to an old "ancient" treo 650 because of its ablility to control some irrigation equipment. the software was from Valmont industries, and is called Pocket Pro. I need to know if I can run the software with a droid. Help please.

You'd need an emulator -- if one even exists. Android doesn't run anything other than Android apps.
