Is there an app that reads your text messages to you?

For driving, my brother has one on his blackberry but I can't find any that does on it on the Droid. Handcent just converts speech to text but it doesn't read them out load.

Yes handcent does. Long press the message its the option at the bottom of the list

handcent does and so does drive safely.

They're very helpful sometimes, especially when driving.

Handcent also allows speak-to-text, also handy when driving.
