Is There a Way to Sync Home Button With Play/Pause On a Music Player?

I would like to find a way to quickly play/pause my audiobooks, instead of having to unlock the home screen, go into the player, and pause. And then do the same thing when I'm ready to play it again. Like when my wife is trying to talk to me, or I just need to pause it for 3 seconds, then play it again.

Does anyone know of any apps that will just sync one of the physical buttons to play/pause? I did a search but couldn't really find anything.

Idk which carrer yiu got it with but the head phones i got with my phone had a play pause on it, and I'm with sprint.
Though if anyone knows how to reprogram the home button I want to make it to when I double tap it doesnt go to s voice.... I kinda wanna program it so it will go to a gaming app page....
