Is there a way to find which apps were recently updated on your Droid X2?

So, I know I'm not the only one who hates how app icons are often removed from the home screen of Android devices when an app is automatically updated on your phone, leading you to have to investigate in order to figure out which icon used to be there. A few times, I just couldn't remember which icon I used to have there, and it really bugs the poop out of me. Is there any way to figure this out so I can stop worrying about it? (And I know the obvious answer is that if I can't figure it out it's probably not that important, but it still irks me.)

I think this should really help. It seems to give all the latest updates that occurred to each app I have on my phone. Even the ones done prior to getting Changelog. Thanks!
