Is there a video recording app that gets auto-activated in car dock mode?

I'd love a video recording app that gets automatically activated when in car dock mode and stores, say, the most recent 20-30 minutes of video. Just as a security measure in the event of an accident/incident.

Anyone know if there's an app like this?

EDIT: WOW this app is amazing. I can't believe it's free. What settings do you use for # of videos to retain, length of videos, etc?
