There an app called VideoBox that allows you the download videos from YouTube and its free and then there is an app called BoxTube (I think that is the name of it) that allows you to download video or just the mp3.... Just search YouTube downloader in the market and you will find them

Apparently, talking aboot a youtube downloader is akin to discussing p2p and mods think of it as stealing. In fact, freedi was editted out in my last thread talking about this and I was told its illegal. So anyone using should expect the fcc police to come arrest you and fine you for the equivalent of recording fm radio on a blank cassette tape
When I got my phone, You Tube would not play any videos - I always got the message that "video cannot be played". So, I went looking for another app and found BestTube. It worked pretty well and to my surprise, saved the videos. I just got a replacement phone. Is there anyway to save BestTube to my new phone from my old phone as it no longer appears to be available through Market? IF not, is anyone familair with an app that is available that does what BestTube did?
