Wellsboro Pa! Your update is a new string between the cans (I'm from up that way JK) Doesn't look like the OTA has started yet.

The general OTA push doesn't appear to have started yet.

There's a forum set up specifically for information and questions on ICS for the RAZR/MAXX - Droid Razr and Razry Maxx ICS discussion. You should check there anything about the update.
