Hello, since my phone is stuck on the M logo and has low battery is flashed to cm7 is it possible if i can get my phone replaced and pay a small fee thru the verizon store? or they would find out that i had flashed my phone?

They are now charging full retail if they find out you're rooted.

On a side note, have you tried wiping data and SBF'ing? It's not dead if it's powering on. You can still charge it with a wall charger.

Can you hold the "Up" arrow when powering the handset on? It should take you to the bootloader for an SBF.

Exactly this.
Your phone is far from dead.

Put your phone into bootloader and plug it into the wall charger, guy.

If you are plugging this phone into a computer usb port to charge it, it will always attempt to boot the phone. Plug it into a wall converter and let it charge. After that, get into the boot loader as described in this thread and flash sbf.

You should let it sit on charge for awhile.

Go ahead and flash sbf then! Did you bring the phone to the bootloader screen?
