Caterpillar, best known for their construction vehicles has released a new 'rugged' phone. Supposedly it can withstand dirt, drops and whatever other damage you can try on it. The specs are not high end, but people in the business of abusing their phones may want to check it out. It's called the Cat B15, and it will retail for $349.99 unsubsidized (without a contract).
