iPhone Rom?

I would LOVE to turn my Droid into an iPhone look. If anyone could help me with this, and instruct me how, I'd appreciate it. And if there isn't, what is another good rom to use and how do I put it on my phone? Thanks guys.

miui is a 2nd-init rom, which isn't a bad thing at all but its important to understand what that means
