Hello All,

I am a new (noob) member. I live in the SF Bay Area and I am looking to start messing around with my android stuff! I have a couple of Droid 1s that I am wondering what I should do with.

However, they have an issue where it acts as though something/someone is touching the touch screen when nothing is touching them. Is this something that is completely irreparable or is there something that I can do to fix them?

Welcome to the forum

The answer is, it depends. Is it in a case? Have you used a micro fiber cloth on the screen, (you might try if you haven't). It's possible the case has been torqued. That could be a problem.
