It is about time I register and introduce myself here. I have been a droid user since the original Moto droid, and am now using the Droid X. I still have a couple of spare droids lying around, and like to tinker. My phone is rooted & rom'd (Apex/Revolution), and I am relatively active in tweaking things (followed many of the guides here - thanks to all who have put things together).
I am not a developer, but do manage a research team for a software company. I code some on the side, and do have JDK & Android SDK setup. I have a few college courses in Java, and have started tinkering more and more
