Got locked into a BB as my first phone based on a job. Left the job about 5 months later. That was 18 months ago. Finally, got my moto droid today.

I have two main questions in the first 24 hours. 1. Can you migrate apps from BB to Droid?
2. What am I doing wrong? The guy in the store performed a voice to SMS on the display model. I can't seem to figure that one out. Is it an app I don't have or a setting I need to adjust? Verizon is my provider.
