Internet problems (all browsers) - clicking doesn't work

My Droid Incredible has been working flawlessly for several weeks but a new problem has come up, just an hour or so ago. Here it is:
no matter what browser I use, when I go to a webpage and I click on a link (for example, a "submit" link or a "send" link), the green box recognizing it appears, but then nothing happens. It stopped out of no where and I'm not really sure about how to fix it - a quick Google didn't turn anything up.

Quick question -- have you rebooted since this started? Did you recently install any apps?
