Interesting Accuweather lock screen icon

On my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0's lock screen has this icon. At days its normal, there is sun icon, but last two days at nights this icon coming for moon.

What's meaning ?

I don't see what icon you are referring to. The home screen widget changes depending on the time of day. But all I see on your lock screen is the lock screen weather widget. No icons about the weather.
