Installed new Rom and Apps did not reload?

I installed the new Blackdroid 2.3.0, then went into the market to have it install all my previous apps but it only installed about 6 of them. What am I doing wrong? I thought that your apps were some how linked to your gmail account? Is this correct?

Only the app's you've actually purchased are attached to your account.

this is true.


astro has a great feature to back up apps. i do this every few days to make sure i always have a backup of all of my apk files

I went (from the home screen) Menu/Settings/Privacy and checked "Backup My Data" and "Automatic Restore" and all of my apps reinstall every time. Hope this helps.
