The all new Droid Turbo is finally here. You may be eying this device, but just aren't ready to commit. You can go ahead and get a taste of the Droid Turbo now by installing the Weather Widget from the Droid Turbo to your device now! The circle widget is similar to the one that launched with the Razr M and includes time, date, weather info, battery, calendar shortcut and reminders all in a single compact circle. This should work on most any device that is currently running Kit Kat although the widget was built for the QHD display of the Droid Turbo so you will want to be sure your device has atleast a full 1080p HD display or the widget may not show up properly. The method for installing is pretty simple, but you will need to be rooted. Head to the link below for the full guide and download links.

I do like this widget on my Turbo. No need to install a separate battery widget to get 1% battery readings. I didn't realize, until I read this, that the widget expands if you tap the dots on the edge of the circle. Cool.

I love this on my Turbo. This is actually the first stock widget I have ever run.

Didn't know that either, thanks for pointing that out Tat.

I also like the neat vibration pattern it does when you "open" and "close" the weather widget. Feels like I'm opening a zipper.

I keep it in circle mode most of the time.

Got it to load on my MotoX. But it doesn't quite fit & show like the other screen shots. I'm not a fan of widgets anyway but I had to try

I'm not a huge fan of widgets either but this one is so multifunctional it's ridiculous. Weather, time, battery, and calendar events all in one. And on top of that it looks good.
