Instagram Customisation

Hello. I'm new here. Haha. So anyway, any idea how to customise instagram and make it look different? I saw people doing it but they just won't tell me how they do it. I'm using an android phome. Samsung galaxy mini 2. Hope you can help. Thanks!

What do you mean customize instagram? Your pics or the app?

If you mean customize your pictures with different effects, there's many ways.

If you mean customize the look of the app, the only way I know is like this from B-boy
