Incredible to Xoom Sync

Verizon Incredible & Xoom...Im wanting to sync my Incredible with my Xoom. Both of coarse, are android based. Is there an app or a way to do this. I havent found anything as of yet. My contacts are the most important???? :huh:

I used my same google account for my xoom and it synced all my contacts and apps I have on my droid x to the xoom.

Google account does most of the lag work. Dropbox is also a huge help.
