The wifey got a new HTC Incredible to use for work. I have been messing with this thing for 2 days and still cannot get it to sync with her email. I can get all the way the where you pick what you want to sync, but when I click "finish", I get the "Failed to create account, try again later". Touchdown fails as well. Her IT guy was helpless too. anyone have any ideas?
