Incoming Calls Question

I notice when I get an incoming call my Answer/Cancel keys are different. One time it will be the slider on either side of the screen (which is what I like) and other times it will be a button...does anyone know how to standardize this?

Not sure on how to standardize it, but its related to the lock state of the phone (if its like the Droid X).

If your phone is locked when you receive a call, it is a slider.

If you're using your phone while you receive a call, its a button. Personally, I'd love to find a way to always have it be a button.
