incD locks up (usually turns off) when removed from charger.

It did it once but in the on mode. Had to remove battery to get it back.
Battery was @60 % , memory was not full.
This happened a lot when I had the memory full problem, and had to do a.full reset/reload.
Any ideas appreciated. Bo
