Inc 2 issues ever since an update

Ok so an update came through and I downloaded it and I have never had so many problems with this phone since I have owned it!!! At least once per day it just shuts down but wont turn back on until i open up the case and take the battery out and then reinsert it. Anyone else having this problem? I have had the case off several times this week and before had only had to do this ONE time. VERY frustrated

Try doing a factory data reset. You will loose any progress in any games you have, text messages, and apps. Your apps should start to reload once you sign back into your phone. Don't know why this works, but in the past it always seems to fix this phones bugs. If it doesn't stop the issues, call or go to Verizon and explain your issue. They can walk you through a few things or get you a new/refurb replacement phone (no guarantee, but it has happened before). Good luck!
