In call notifications

I'm trying to find an app for my Droid that will give a notification that you have missed a call, sms, mms and give you a repeating notification. Missed Call is great for this but I also want to be able to NOT get a repeating notification when I'm on a call. One time on the call would be fine, just not every 2 min over and over.

umm you can do that in stock settings for texts and the phone itself will tell you missed call in notifications bar

Well I guess I want a repeating audible alert that I missed a call or text. The Missed Call app does that well. But I don't want the alerts when I'm on a call. I do construction and my phone will be in the house and I'm in and out, so I miss the initial alerts very often, and I'd have to actually look at the phone to see the msg in the notification bar (without Missed Call). I want a repeating sound and vibration alert, just not when I'm on the phone.
