I'm a Telecommunications Tech by trade primarily VOIP Call Centers, but also work to improve office business communications across a blend of Avaya, voip, vpn, soft phone, Droid and Blackberry.
I hope to browse here for a bit, perhaps learn some, and hopefully be able to contribute something along the way.
It is good to see a forum such as this.
