Anyone having this problem? Granted I don't have the strongest fingernails in the world, but i don't feel I should have to pull out a freaking flathead everytime i want to pull my battery to reboot.

Anyone find any tricks on getting the cover off without ripping your fingernails off??

They had issues with mine when they were setting it up for me, but I have not had the problem the couple times I had to do a bettery pull. Perhaps it gets easier when you do it a few times.

make sure you use the opening at the bottom that is made to pull the cover off so not to damage the case and then kinda pull at an angle and it should pop off no problems....at least mine does
