I'm using Flash fine on my Nexus7 (JB 4.2.1) that isn't rooted. I just had to download the .apk from the Adobe website.

:welcome: to the forum. I use this app for flash: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/...roid/11.1.115.34/install_flash_player_ics.apk But it doesn't work with the Chrome browser. You'll have to use another browser like Dolphin Browser. You can find those in the Play Store.

I have flash now using dolphin. I kept crashing dolphin when I got though trying to download flash but everything is working good now.
