If I were going to do something like that (which I wouldn't) my choice would prolly be run over it with a lawnmower. I had a zippo several years ago that fell outta my pocket and ended up under the blades the next time round. Zippo lifetime warranty is just that. Lifetime. It was replaced. Funny the people at Zippo actually get a kick outta seeing the different things that can happen to them.
