Igo charge anywhere

Has anyone used iGo charge anywhere mobile power device? Just got one for
my DX and am not impressed. Only got me 20% charge over 3 hours, although I used navigation for about a half hour plugged in and power actually dropped10% while plugged in. Does this thing just not work well? Any tricks for better output?

Ah yes. You bought it at Radio Shack? Comes with interchangeable tips?

Never had any luck with them. Are you monitoring your phones temps? They don't put out the right voltage for the phone AFAIK.

Actually bought it through verizon as a compatible accessory online. I will keep an eye on temps and check the voltage output. I dont know why verizon would put this product on their website if it is not really gonna work? Guess I can always return it. I have had decent lick with the ryobi tek 4 charger but was looking for something even better.
