Upgrade from my Droid to the Droid 2 Global and I backed up all my apps, when I went to load them back up would they all be able to come back? After rooting of course.
I'm just curious.

Your apps are connected to your google account. So as long as you use the same gmail account when you activate your D2 the mkt should automatically dl all of your apps.

Well what if it doesn't? Because the last update on my phone to maintain the root I had to basically install the update through clockworkmod and it didn't do that, I had to use TB and restore all my apps.

You can't maintain the root of your old phone to your NEW phone!Root your new phone and be sure to get your old sd card and put it on to your D2G to access ur old app that isn't on the market...like i did!
