Id badge app?

I saw on samsung website that you can programme id cards to the phone HOW lol? (by the way i have a samsung galaxy s2)

Id be nervous about putting my state d.l. id on my phone.

Ss# and ids dont need to be there. And would they even work if pulled over by a cop? I know a convenience store wouldnt accept it if trying to buy alcohol.....

School id is another thing though
