I noticed I can't access the Play Store due to a server error. I hate to tell you guys this, but even after we're out of soak test they are going to stagger the update process to prevent overloading of the servers.

They are going to function equally well except there's less of a chance of error with the OTA.

for some reason i moved the ota to /sdcard and its showing in astro file manager and on my pc but when i go into recovery and choose apply update from sd card it don't show the update in there. yes its in .zip form and no i didn't rename it.

You need to move it into /sdcard-ext

From different posts that I read earlier it sounds like they started pushing the OTA update on the east coast first, according to people that posted about receiving the update and their location. Who knows, its like that anticipation you have as a child when its Christmas Eve and you can't wait for tomorrow to come.

Should I unroot my maxx before I take the update when out comes?
