ICS messaging

I got the ics messaging app and I'm having a few problems. In the threads the messages don't go mine, there's, mine, there's. They go there's, there's,there's, mine, mine, mine. Anyone know how to fix?

I have and there's nothing. it says the person I'm texting is texting like five hours off
