If you mean by the end of September, possibly. But a good rule of thumb is that if a schedule is described in quarters is to take the last month of the quarter and add a month.

Side note...if you are rooted, you can get an idea of how ICS will react with either the ICS alpha build by dhacker or the AOKP Axiom ports by DroidTh3ory...

Going by the table I saw on the Droid razr forum, it is still in the talk and test stage so probably won't see it anytime soon. Probably end of quarter 4 or the 1st quarter of 2013. Sucks I know.

Feb '10 bought d1. Instantly had ota with rumors of the greatest OS (froyo) coming soon. June the d1 landed it official froyo.

Feb '12 upgraded to Maxx, OTA 2.3.6 with rumors of the next greatest OS soon!
