ICS MAXX Email push off/on

Does anyone have any idea how to turn "push" off on ICS? I have found where it says "push" however it's greyed out for some reason. Do I have to change some type of global setting in order to turn push off for individual email accounts?


Edit: Or even just set to certain intervals.

Argh, I feel like such a noobcake lol. If anyone knows how to disable the LED or the above question, I'd greatly appreciate you!

Settings... accounts & sync... turn sync off for whatever account you want... thats all i got
