Moto has said it will get ICS. More info will come after they actually release the OS (google).

Facial recognition is an Android feature. So yes it will.

to motorola, soon means 8-10 months at the earliest, so im expecting it sometime in december, hopefully this year.

ICS is out for the XOOM. So hopefully it will be out for the razr soon

I hope it comes out soon. One of the reasons I got the Razr is cause they said it would be getting the new OS.
