I took the ICS plunge.

Today I upgraded to ICS. Tried
to access my gallery and cannot.
What comes up is.......

"Unfortunately, My Gallery has stopped."

I have not done a FDR. Should that
Be my next move?

Thanks in advance.

No, still no gallery. My photos from "camera roll"
show but when I press "library" it
goes to the "my gallery" announcement.

The only pics that show up in my gallery
are the ones I used backup assistance +
on.

When I try to save a new pic I see
on the net, say a cat, dog or volcano,
it doesn't go to my gallery like with gingerbread,
but it does show up on my "downloads" Widget.

Anyone help?

Thanks!

Again try an FDR. Its good to do and FDR before and after an update

Yes I will do the FDR in the morning. I will
use "my backup" prior to FDR.

Damn, my cap lock doesn't activate! Jeeze,
any wonder why I waited so long to move
to ICS?

How does one activate this stupid cap lock?
NEVER MIND, double tap. I just discovered it.

Couple of suggestions.

Try going to settings - apps - all, find the gallery and wipe its data. Try that before doing a full FDR.

Also, just a suggestion here, I find the stock gallery app on most of these phones to be limited and a pain to work with. I use QuickPic, give it a try sometime.
