i need some advice i have two phones which one should i use

Verizon was supposed to send me a droid razr maxx. Instead they sent me the wrong phone I have a droid m. Today I got the droid maxx in the mail. I have both but one had to be mailed back. Which phone is better to keep.

The M is newer and should have better specifications. The Maxx, may have better battery life (not sure, don't know the size of the battery on the M.) Also the M may receive more future updates than the maxx.

Don't you have like two weeks for Verizon to return one without being charged? I wonder if you could use both since it was there mistake and see which one you like best....
