I lost my boot animation

I have the original bootanimation.zip in the correct directory, I even tried to install a few different animations with Rom Toolbox Pro, but my the screen after the red M logo stays blank until it loads to the main screen. I don't know what I did to remove my boot animation but any help to get it back would be appreciated.
